Lead Product Manager - Health Companion (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the Patient Health Companion team, focusing on developing a comprehensive health companion experience. This role is pivotal in transforming Doctolib from a transactional appointment booking platform into a continuous health partner for users. The position is based in Paris, France, with a hybrid work model.
The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for the Health Companion experience. Key responsibilities include developing personalized content delivery systems, health tracking tools, and goal-based user journeys. The role involves leveraging AI and machine learning to deliver personalized experiences, designing a personalization engine that adapts to user health profiles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, medically accurate health content.
Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in product management, with direct ownership of consumer-facing products, preferably in health tech or consumer apps with high engagement. Experience in mobile-first consumer products, building retention loops, and habit-forming features is essential. Proficiency in working with content management systems, analytics platforms, and personalization engines is required. Fluency in English and French (C1 level minimum) is necessary to engage with diverse teams and markets.
