Lead Producer

This role involves leading the production of large-scale events and managing a team of Associate and Junior Producers to deliver high-quality experiences. The Lead Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping Fever's event strategy and ensuring the successful execution of scalable events across the assigned region.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event production, from pre-production logistics and hiring to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up. The Lead Producer will oversee multiple productions simultaneously, develop and manage event budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings. Additionally, the role involves sourcing and managing freelancers, vendors, and service providers, conducting venue research and bookings, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in live event or experience production, including 3-10 direct reports in a previous role. Experience as a Producer or Senior Project Manager in theatre, dance, or similar entertainment projects involving the management of third-party vendors and contractors is essential. The candidate should possess strong organizational and project management skills, proven experience in vendor negotiations, and a solid understanding of fabrication and design processes for various show elements.
