Lead Producer

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an experienced Lead Producer to join their Fever Originals team. This role involves leading the production of large-scale events and managing a team of Associate and Junior Producers to deliver high-quality experiences. The Lead Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping Fever's event strategy and ensuring the successful execution of scalable events across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event production, from pre-production logistics and hiring to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up. The Lead Producer will oversee multiple productions simultaneously, develop and manage event budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings. Additionally, the role involves sourcing and managing freelancers, vendors, and service providers, as well as conducting venue research and securing necessary permits and insurance.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in live event or experience production, including 3-10 direct reports in a previous role. Experience as a Producer or Senior Project Manager in theater, dance, or similar entertainment projects is preferred. Strong skills in vendor negotiations, budget management, and understanding of fabrication and design processes are essential. The candidate should be curious, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects across different cities efficiently.

Fever offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary with potential performance bonuses totaling approximately $76,000 to $95,000 annually.
