Lead Event Producer

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event production, from pre-production logistics and hiring to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up. The Lead Event Producer will develop and manage event production budgets, optimize resources to achieve strategic goals, and identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures. Additionally, this role involves sourcing and managing freelancers, vendors, and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services in line with company standards. The Lead Event Producer will also conduct venue research and booking, negotiate contracts, create production timelines, secure necessary permits, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production, with at least 5 years of experience in the industry and 1-2 years of people management experience. Experience as a production or project manager for theater, dance entertainment, or similar projects involving the management of third-party vendors and contractors is a plus. The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a solution-focused mindset. A passion for the entertainment and events industry is essential.
