A proven track record in coordinating and delivering large-scale programs involving multiple teams and complex stakeholder management is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with strategic thinking, possess technical credibility in systems like Scala and Kafka, and have expertise in modern agile practices to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor both engineers and junior engineering managers are also crucial.
