In this role, you will take ownership of critical business areas such as product optimization, personalization, and marketing, leading a collaborative team to deliver meaningful impact. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will oversee strategic data science projects from exploration to deployment. Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring a small team of data scientists, designing and building models for personalization, forecasting, user behavior analysis, and marketing efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize projects based on value and feasibility, and play an active role in hiring and fostering an inclusive team culture.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and mathematics, with a Master's or PhD being a plus. Proficiency in SQL and Python-based tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is essential. Experience leading data science projects, writing clean and maintainable code, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations are key. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset is highly valued.
