Ironclad is looking for a Lead Counsel, Employment and Litigation with 8+ years experience to serve as the primary employment law advisor and a versatile contributor to the Legal team's broader compliance, litigation, and risk management work as the company scales. This role would report to and work collaboratively with the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Employment to provide guidance on employment related legal matters that align with our company culture and global business objectives. This role will have a key role in a broad range of employment and HR issues, including policy and process development, employee relations issues, investigations and compliance.
