Lead City Coordinator - Tokyo
Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery platform, is seeking a Lead City Coordinator in Tokyo to oversee the operations of its flagship experience, Candlelight concerts. This role involves managing event logistics, coordinating with artists and suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution of events that bring unique musical experiences to audiences.
The Lead City Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating event operations, including transportation of equipment, liaising with artists and suppliers to negotiate bookings, creating schedules, and advancing key documents to all stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves booking and training event staff, attending project update meetings, overseeing inventory, and researching potential venues for expansion.
On-site responsibilities include managing event schedules as the main point of contact, implementing production details and company policies, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, completing event and incident reports, and promoting high performance within the team. The coordinator will also provide post-event feedback and represent the Fever and Candlelight brands professionally at all events.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of event management experience and/or a relevant degree, a strong passion for live music and events, and experience leading on-site staff. Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure are essential. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
