Lead City Coordinator - Osaka

Fever is seeking a Lead City Coordinator in Osaka to oversee the operations and logistics of our flagship experience, Candlelight Concerts. This role involves managing event coordination, liaising with artists and suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution of events in the city. The position is freelance with flexible hours, requiring frequent travel to manage events on-site.

Key responsibilities include coordinating event operations and logistics, negotiating with artists and suppliers for multiple bookings, creating schedules, and advancing key documents to all stakeholders. The role also involves booking and training event staff, attending weekly project updates, overseeing inventory management, and researching potential venues for expansion.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of event management experience and/or a relevant degree, a strong passion for live music and events, and exceptional customer service skills. Experience in leading on-site teams, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to high-pressure environments are essential. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
