Lead City Coordinator - Kanazawa
Fever is seeking a Lead City Coordinator in Kanazawa to oversee the operations and logistics of our Candlelight concert series. This role involves managing event coordination, liaising with artists and suppliers, and ensuring the successful execution of events that provide unique musical experiences in candlelit settings.
Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, negotiating with artists and suppliers, creating schedules, booking and training staff, attending project meetings, managing inventory, and researching potential venues. On-site duties involve managing event schedules, implementing production details, handling customer inquiries, creating event reports, and representing the Fever and Candlelight brands professionally.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of event management experience, a strong passion for live music and events, experience leading teams, excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to high-pressure environments. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
