A strong capability in discovery, process mapping, requirements definition, and future-state process design is essential. You should be adept at analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities and evaluate solution options. The ability to build credibility with stakeholders, facilitate discussions that drive decisions, and bring structure to ambiguous problems is crucial. Additionally, strong documentation skills, including business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria, are necessary.
