Lead Applied Value Engineer | Healthcare & Lifesciences
As a Lead Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will spearhead data-driven business transformations for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will guide customers through their entire value journey, leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform to help them achieve strategic objectives and realize significant value. This role positions you at the forefront of one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS companies, blending deep industry expertise with advanced analytical skills.
Your primary responsibilities include identifying and framing value by translating customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. You will build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers. Additionally, you will undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects, communicating the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.
To excel in this role, you should have over nine years of experience in analytical roles focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Experience in customer-facing positions such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS provider or consultancy is ideal. Proficiency in business software applications like SAP or Oracle, as well as experience with RPA, BI tools, and building dashboards, apps, and action flows, is essential. Hands-on experience with process mining tools, SQL, and Python is preferred.
