Lead Analyst (Supply Analytics, Bangkok-based, Relocation provided)

Agoda is seeking a Lead Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves partnering directly with accommodation providers to develop data-driven strategies that enhance visibility, bookings, and revenue for both the partners and Agoda. The position offers relocation support for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities include translating business briefs into analytical projects, extracting insights from large data warehouses, and communicating findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The Lead Analyst will design and automate data-driven processes, lead growth initiatives, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape Agoda’s supply ecosystem.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, insights, strategy, or business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R is required. A solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine-learning techniques, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, is essential.
