Latvian Voice Actor - Freelance AI Trainer Project

We are seeking an experienced Latvian voice actor to contribute to the advancement of AI technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing more natural and engaging AI voice experiences across various sectors, including education, entertainment, and accessibility.

Your primary responsibilities will include recording scripted materials in Latvian, evaluating AI-generated speech outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness, annotating errors, and collaborating with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and directly influence the quality of Latvian voice models.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work in Latvian. Additional experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous. Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a high-quality recording setup—including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment—are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer, high-quality microphone and recording setup, and a stable internet connection. Please note that company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and paid time off do not apply to this role.
