Laboratory Technician

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Dayton, NJ. The Laboratory Technician will perform basic laboratory techniques, including equipment maintenance and calibration, glassware preparation and washing, and receipt and stocking of consumables. Responsibilities also encompass cleaning and maintaining lab spaces, working with animals, handling various chemicals for sanitation of lab equipment, and assessing racks during the sanitation process for maintenance needs.

Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail. A high school diploma is required. The role demands the ability to consistently lift 50 pounds, stand for the majority of the day, and push and pull heavy objects. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning new techniques, multitasking, maintaining accurate records, following instructions, and adhering to company policies.

This full-time position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid vacation and holidays. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
