The Maryland Heights, Missouri laboratory specializes in investigative analytical chemistry, including evaluating consumer product label claims, reverse engineering pharmaceuticals, contaminant identification, and testing medical devices.

The Laboratory Technician will focus on sample preparation, utilizing instruments and techniques such as balances, pH meters, preparation of standard, reagent, and mobile phase solutions, dilutions, volumetric glassware handling, centrifugation, and lyophilization. Responsibilities include handling volumetric glassware, recording test observations, preparing dilutions of reagents, samples, and standards, measuring pH, performing titrations, and similar tasks with minimal supervision.

Candidates should possess a BS degree in Chemistry with 0-1 years of applicable experience. The role requires effective teamwork, knowledge of laboratory health and safety protocols, excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
