Eurofins is seeking a hands-on Laboratory Operations Project Coordinator to support an ongoing transition and consolidation project within a client's organization. This temporary role, lasting 6 to 9 months, involves coordinating laboratory reorganizations, equipment transfers, and storage consolidations to ensure efficient and compliant operations during the transition period.

Key responsibilities include managing the consolidation of laboratory areas, overseeing freezer, storage, and equipment relocations, coordinating office space clearings, and acting as the central liaison between technical operations, site operations, facility management, and service providers. The coordinator will also monitor laboratory infrastructure, support the evaluation of temperature mapping data, and track budgets, purchase orders, and project timelines, providing regular status updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lab operations, scientific support, or facility coordination within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment. Strong organizational and project coordination skills are essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach comfortable across both lab and office settings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required, as well as fluency in both German and English.
