Laboratory Assistant

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our team, contributing to our mission of providing comprehensive analytical testing services across various industries. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory processes.

The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for receiving and documenting incoming shipments, examining samples for accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies by contacting clients. Additional duties include operating front-end processing automation equipment, preparing samples for testing, setting up instruments, maintaining temperature logs, and assisting with laboratory cleaning tasks. Adherence to quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with regulatory agencies, is essential.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. While two years of clinical laboratory experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency with PC-based software programs and database skills is advantageous. Comfort with handling raw specimens and the ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures and company policies are required.
