This role involves supporting the Investigation station by maintaining investigation records and facilitating communication between the laboratory and other departments. Key responsibilities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. The role involves organizing and maintaining cannabis sample storage, assisting in planning and organizing investigation records, performing stability trending for samples, and responding to client inquiries regarding investigations. Additional duties encompass archiving reports, assisting investigators in locating raw data and samples, and coordinating project schedules with laboratory teams.

Candidates should possess a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication in English, proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. The role requires flexibility to work overtime during weekdays or weekends as needed and the capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
