Laboratory Analyst

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our Food Chemistry team. This role involves conducting analyses of food samples to ensure safety and quality, contributing to our mission of making life and the environment safer, healthier, and more sustainable. The Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for registering, preparing, and analyzing food samples according to documented procedures. Key duties include maintaining accurate records, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of analyses to meet turnaround targets. The role also involves upholding health and safety regulations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

Candidates should have a minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent, with experience working in a team and in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with good verbal and written communication abilities, are essential. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks are also important qualities for this position.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
