Eurofins is seeking a Sensory Laboratory Technician to join our team in Malbork, Poland. The Sensory Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting sensory analyses and organoleptic assessments of food products. Key duties include participating in group evaluations, implementing the Program for Confirming the Validity of Results, and engaging in proficiency testing (PT) and interlaboratory comparisons (ILC) to maintain high standards of analytical accuracy.

Candidates should possess a higher education degree in fields such as commodity science, food technology and human nutrition, or dietetics. A minimum of two years' experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in sensory analysis as a Lead Evaluator or assessor, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with a good command of the English language, is essential. Experience in accredited laboratories and familiarity with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard are advantageous.
