Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Technician to join their accredited laboratory in Łódź, Poland. This facility specializes in food and feed analysis, utilizing advanced technologies across microbiological, physicochemical, and sensory laboratories. Located at Stanisława Dubois 114/116 within the Bionanopark, the laboratory plays a crucial role in ensuring product safety and quality for a diverse clientele.
The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting quantitative and qualitative microbiological analyses of food, environmental samples, and water. The technician will prepare microbiological media and participate in maintaining the laboratory's quality management system in accordance with Eurofins Polska's standards. Accurate documentation and adherence to established protocols are essential components of daily operations.
Candidates should possess at least a secondary education, preferably in microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields. Strong communication and teamwork skills are vital, along with excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to quality. While prior laboratory experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Flexibility and dedication to the role are highly valued.
Eurofins offers full-time employment under an employment contract, starting with a three-month probationary period and the intention to extend for an additional year. The position involves shift work and includes benefits such as co-financing for medical care and a Multisport card.
