KOL Growth Marketing Manager
Hyphen Connect is a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project focused on the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong emphasis on institutional adoption. The team is dedicated to building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner.
The KOL Growth Marketing Manager will lead creator and influencer engagement, drive brand awareness, and scale user acquisition through strategic partnerships and campaign execution. This role is designed for a growth-oriented marketer who can leverage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content partners to amplify the network’s visibility and community reach. Responsibilities include developing and executing KOL/influencer marketing initiatives, managing relationships with top-tier KOLs and content creators in the blockchain/Web3 space, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate KOL efforts with key product launches and marketing campaigns.
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem engagement, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments. A proven track record of running and scaling KOL campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and user adoption is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are required, along with a data-driven mindset and competency in performance analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization. The ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing, and business functions to align campaigns with strategic milestones is also important.
Highly valued skills include an existing network of top Web3 KOLs, creators, or influencers; experience tailoring influencer and community programs for multiple global markets or regions; proficiency with analytics, tracking, and creator management tools; and fluency in English and Mandarin or additional regional languages.
