Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, public relations, or digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is required, as well as strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
