KI Trainer & Quality Specialist (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a KI Trainer & Quality Specialist to join our Product Support team in Berlin. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and advancement of our AI-driven support processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service to our users by optimizing the utilization of cutting-edge AI tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing AI-generated responses and support interactions to identify areas for improvement. You will develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on our products and the effective use of AI tools in customer support. Additionally, you will onboard new team members, providing coaching to ensure their proficiency with AI-enhanced tools. Collaborating closely with Product Support Managers and the Product and Tech teams, you will drive process enhancements that elevate customer satisfaction and streamline daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback. Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials is essential. A strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with common office applications like GSuite, is required. We value team players who are enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and working collaboratively. Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level) are necessary.
