As a Key Account Success Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term satisfaction and success of our major clients, including hospitals and medical care centers. Collaborating closely with our deployment and sales teams, you will contribute significantly to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector by fostering strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the central point of contact for hospital directors, medical leaders, and department heads, developing and implementing strategic account plans, and promoting optimal product usage. You will conduct regular analyses to assess client needs, identify upsell opportunities, and drive the continuous development of our Key Account Success strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in customer success, key account management, or similar roles, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industries. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder structures are essential. Fluency in German and English is required, with French language skills considered a plus.
