As a Key Account Success Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term satisfaction and success of our major clients, including hospitals and medical care centers. This role is pivotal in advancing the digital transformation of healthcare by fostering strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders such as hospital directors, medical leaders, and department heads. You will collaborate closely with our deployment and sales teams to support the sustainable development of your accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the central point of contact for our large clients post-onboarding, developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, and managing strategic initiatives to drive client success. You will analyze client needs through regular assessments and KPI analyses, promote optimal product usage, and identify opportunities for upselling in collaboration with the Key Account Sales Team. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Key Account Success strategies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare Management or a related field, and approximately three years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly and manage complex stakeholder structures. A strategic mindset, proactive approach, and passion for eHealth are also important. Fluency in German at a native level and very good English skills are required; French language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time is expected.
