The Key Account Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) at is responsible for managing and executing strategic marketing partnerships across various verticals. This role involves maintaining relationships with key partners, including merchants and brand principals, and collaborating with the Business Development team to develop growth strategies for acquiring merchants. The specialist will drive end-to-end strategic business development initiatives, from identifying potential collaboration areas to formulating partnership strategies and ensuring the optimization and delivery of strategic commitments. Additionally, the role includes generating insightful reports to measure performance across partnership deals and continuously optimizing upselling opportunities. The specialist will also supervise and interact closely with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and compliance.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success. Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, with fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia. The role requires outstanding execution skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail. Candidates should have the ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are necessary.
