Key responsibilities include developing and executing partnership strategies to enhance Indodana's market presence, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and brand partners, leading negotiations to secure marketing funds and co-branding opportunities, overseeing and guiding Key Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, collaborating with internal teams for seamless program implementation, monitoring account performance, and providing leadership and mentorship to the partnerships team.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields, with a master's degree being advantageous. A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role, is required. The candidate should have a proven track record in leading large teams, developing business strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets, along with extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems.
