In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with highly valuable healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. Day-to-day, you will oversee onboarding processes, conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction, provide demonstrations and training, and identify opportunities to optimize clients’ use of Doctolib’s software. You will also act as a bridge between clients and product teams, relaying feedback and advocating for client needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in account management or customer success, preferably within healthcare, medical software, or SaaS environments. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, international team. Familiarity with medical practice workflows and fluent German language skills are required.
