Key Account Manager - Praxissoftware (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Key Account Manager for its innovative practice software, aiming to enhance the daily operations of medical practices. This role is integral to the Sales Team, focusing on expanding Doctolib's presence in the German healthcare market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in introducing and scaling the new practice software, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare providers.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for leading the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, with a strong emphasis on achieving specific monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets. Key duties include identifying and developing new market opportunities in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Excellence teams, and driving the successful launch and scaling of the practice software in one of the most dynamic markets.
Candidates should possess at least seven years of proven success in software sales, including a minimum of one year in selling practice software within the outpatient medical sector. Experience in field sales within the German healthcare system, particularly with private medical practices, is essential. Strong analytical skills to understand complex structures and develop solutions tailored to various stakeholders are required. Proficiency in coordinating internal and external stakeholders and resolving complex, including technical, issues is also necessary. Fluency in German at a native level is mandatory.
