Key Account Manager - Praxissoftware (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Key Account Manager to spearhead the launch and expansion of its innovative practice management software in the German healthcare market. This role is integral to the sales team, focusing on introducing and scaling a product designed to enhance the efficiency of medical practices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within this dynamic sector.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, with a strong emphasis on achieving specific monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets. Key duties include identifying and developing new market opportunities in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Excellence teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the practice software in medical practices.
Candidates should possess a minimum of seven years of proven success in software sales, including at least one year of experience selling practice management software to outpatient medical practices. A deep understanding of the German healthcare system, particularly the structure and operations of outpatient practices, is essential. Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and native-level proficiency in German are required.
