As a Key Account Manager Hospital at Doctolib in Hamburg, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of healthcare institutions within your region. In this position, you will be instrumental in expanding Doctolib's presence by establishing and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical care centers.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process for healthcare facilities, from initial contact through to successful implementation of Doctolib's solutions. This involves negotiating framework and individual contracts with clients at the C-level, overseeing technical integrations, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product management and operations teams to continuously refine our platform based on client feedback, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of engaging with key accounts at the executive level. Experience in software sales or within a digital environment offering complex services or products is highly desirable. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and the drive to effect meaningful change are essential. Your ability to comprehend complex process structures and adapt our products to client requirements, coupled with excellent communication skills and empathy, will be crucial. Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English are required.
