As a Key Account Manager Enterprise at EBANX, you will be responsible for managing high-growth enterprise and mid-market merchants, focusing on driving year-over-year revenue growth through strategic commercial plans. You will act as the voice of the customer, understanding their product pain points and expansion plans, and effectively communicating these insights across internal cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will monitor and propose strategies to continually improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, and market penetration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a track record of exceeding targets, particularly within the payments industry. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and forecast revenue are essential. The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a secondary language is a plus. A valid passport and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time are also necessary.
