As a Keerklepcontroleur at Eurofins, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and hygiene of drinking, swimming, and process water installations. Operating independently across various client sites, you will be responsible for maintaining and assessing the integrity of these systems. This position offers a dynamic and technical work environment with significant travel and diverse responsibilities.
Your primary duties will include conducting backflow preventer inspections and evaluating drinking water installations for safety and hygiene compliance. You will collect water samples, flush pipelines, and measure temperatures. Additionally, you will perform chemical and thermal disinfections as needed. In cases of legionella exceedances, you will implement immediate corrective actions. Documenting findings in detailed reports and staying informed about advancements in water safety technologies are also key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses a vocational education (MBO) in installation technology or is willing to acquire this qualification. A valid driver's license (Category B) and preferably a VCA certification are required. Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential. Candidates should be presentable, safety-conscious, flexible, and eager to learn.
Eurofins offers a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position. The gross monthly salary ranges between €2,646 and €3,656 based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees receive 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional leave. A company car is provided for business use, facilitating client visits.
