The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. This role is the heart of our daily operations. We need a “builder” who takes extreme ownership of their work, thrives under the pressure of deadlines, and is eager to master the complexities of fintech Treasury.

What You'll Do

- Execute daily morning bank balance reporting and interest rate updates. Instruct payments driven by financial models with 100% accuracy.

- Manage end-to-end KYC for new banking partners and lead the integration of new payment gateways.

- Deliver high-stakes liquidity reports and analysis to senior leadership.

- Proactively identify ways to improve risk management and financial performance. Assist in the evolution of our Treasury Management Systems (TMS).

- Support fee negotiations and maintain professional rapport with global banking and trading partners.

- Ensure rigorous adherence to risk frameworks and internal controls.

- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new financial improvements to life.

What You Need To Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.

- 1–2 years in treasury, asset management, or financial services. We are also open to exceptionally driven and intelligent graduates.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (experience with modeling and pivot tables preferred).

- Familiarity with ERPs, TMS, or banking portals/payment gateways.

- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
