As a (Junior) Project Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our digital health solutions for clients ranging from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You will serve as the central figure in each project, acting as a consultant, application specialist, change manager, and project manager, guiding clients through the entire onboarding process to advance the digitization of healthcare in Germany.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking over projects post-sales, planning, coordinating, and executing the entire deployment process at client sites. You will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project implementation, liaising internally with teams such as Marketing and Tech. Additionally, you will conduct inventory and analysis phases, set up client organizations within Doctolib, coordinate data export and import, train client staff, and support go-live events either on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup. Continuous documentation of project progress and structured handover to the Performance Team upon project completion are also key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or customer consulting, preferably in a B2B or software environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to act as the primary contact for various stakeholders are essential. A structured, independent working style with a high degree of solution orientation is required. Willingness to travel for on-site appointments with clients in the Hamburg metropolitan area and beyond, along with very good German and good English skills, are necessary.
