Junior Project Manager
Eurofins is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the operation and development of the Chemistry and Stability business at Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing UK. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical testing services. Key responsibilities include client management, project oversight, and facilitating client communications and meetings. The Junior Project Manager will support the commercial team, resolve quality issues, write and review exceptions, lead root cause analyses and quality risk assessments, manage CAPA and change controls, support client audits and regulatory inspections, and propose and implement continuous improvements.
Candidates should possess a degree in a Life Sciences subject and have proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment. An excellent understanding of GMP is essential. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrate leadership skills, good judgment, and the ability to motivate others. Strong report writing and organizational skills, quality consciousness, a positive and innovative approach to work, problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge in required chemistry techniques, passion for quality and customer service, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. The ability to understand client requirements and devise appropriate solutions is crucial.
