The Junior Legal Counsel will join ELEKS' Legal Department, contributing to the company's operations in Kyiv and Lviv, Ukraine. This role offers a fixed-term engagement for one year, providing an opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative software development environment.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating non-strategic commercial agreements. The role also involves resolving various legal tasks, conducting legal research and analysis, and providing opinions and summaries on matters related to corporate, labor, contract, and other laws pertinent to the company's business. Additionally, the Junior Legal Counsel will support internal information systems by managing document storage, updating data held by the Legal Office, and allocating incoming tasks.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Law and demonstrate an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Relevant professional experience, such as work, internships, or pro bono activities, is required, with a minimum of 0.5 years of relevant experience or internship experience.
