Junior Lawyer - Real Estate Finance

As a Junior Associate within the Real Estate Finance team, you will play a key role in various deal teams. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as memoranda, pleadings, and contracts. You will advise clients through meetings, phone calls, and written communications, collaborating with partners and associates from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you will apply your legal expertise to develop solutions and conduct effective research, while proactively updating your legal knowledge and technical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and be pursuing the CAPA certification. A strong technical understanding of real estate finance transactions and global loans is essential.
