Junior Customer Service Agent [Danish Speaking]

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting them through live chat, email, and phone calls. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and professional solutions to customer inquiries, explaining products, site policies, and promotions, and updating customer account details as necessary. Additionally, you will support players in responsible gambling practices and collaborate with the Fraud and Payments team to address customer queries.
The ideal candidate will be a native Danish speaker with a C1 level of English proficiency, both spoken and written. Flexibility to work on a shift basis is essential. Strong listening skills, an empathetic approach, and exceptional organizational abilities are crucial. The ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude is also important.
