LTK, a global leader in creator commerce, is seeking a Junior Counsel to join its legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1–2 years of experience, eager to gain exposure to commercial, corporate, and compliance matters within a dynamic startup environment. As a remote position based in the United States, the Junior Counsel will collaborate closely with senior attorneys to support LTK's diverse business functions.

In this role, the Junior Counsel will assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including customer, vendor, service, and SaaS agreements. They will provide guidance to internal stakeholders, communicate with external parties as needed, and support contract administration by maintaining templates and internal processes. Additionally, the Junior Counsel will conduct legal research, prepare summaries and memoranda, and assist with operational and compliance initiatives, such as governance and regulatory matters.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be licensed in at least one U.S. state. A background in transactional law, with experience in standard commercial agreements, is preferred. Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills, along with clear and concise communication abilities, are essential. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
