Junior Coordinator

Eurofins is seeking a Junior Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the planning and execution of daily inspections. This role involves close collaboration with Quality Engineers (QEs) and technical supervisors to ensure efficient allocation and completion of inspections across various manufacturing units. The Junior Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and timeliness of our inspection processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing daily and weekly inspection plans, ensuring QEs attend scheduled inspections, and adjusting plans proactively to accommodate any changes. The role also involves preparing and reviewing inspection reports with the Head of Department (HOD) daily, ensuring all reports are accurate, free from errors, and submitted to customers within 24 hours. Additionally, the Junior Coordinator will visit manufacturing units weekly to understand workflows and maintain effective coordination.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in report preparation are essential. The ability to work collaboratively with technical supervisors and QEs to allocate resources effectively is also crucial.
