As a Junior Business Developer, you will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building. Key responsibilities include generating and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, and navigating the early stages of the sales cycle. Collaboration with marketing and account executives is essential to refine outreach messaging and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or account management, preferably in B2B tech or professional services. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office are required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive, "hunter" mentality and the resilience to handle rejection.
