Junior Ads Specialist
Canonical is seeking a Junior Ads Specialist to join its Marketing team, reporting to the Growth Engineering Manager. This remote role, based in the EMEA region, offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's paid advertising strategy within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
In this position, you will support marketing team members by setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include tracking ad performance and budgets, leveraging automation and AI to enhance campaign effectiveness, and developing Canonical's advertising technology stack to meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency with major ad platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, along with familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools. Experience in driving successful lead generation campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a growth mindset are also important. Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events is required.
