Jr. Collection Analyst

The Jr. Collection Analyst will join the growing Finance team at Monks, a global, digital-first, data-driven company. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and focuses on managing accounts receivable processes to support the company's financial operations.

Key responsibilities include accurate cash application and ad hoc reconciliation, collaborating with Billing and Account Management teams to address disputes and discrepancies, responding promptly to client inquiries, and proactively conducting collections outreach and client education. The analyst will also monitor accounts receivable activity daily to identify non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, escalating material collection issues as necessary.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS in Accounting or a related field, with at least one year of billing or collections experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite and tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential.
