IT Workplace Support Technician
Monks is seeking an IT Workplace Support Technician to join our Paris office. In this role, you will be part of a global team dedicated to ensuring seamless IT operations, enabling our creative professionals to deliver exceptional work. This junior position requires on-site presence five days a week.
Your primary responsibilities will include installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networking systems, and A/V equipment. You will provide first-line support for troubleshooting issues and assist in setting up new employees. Maintaining the operational efficiency of meeting rooms, supporting presentations and events, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the office from an IT perspective are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global IT support team to address inquiries and assist network engineers as needed.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and proficient in both Windows and Mac environments. You should have experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, Office 365, Slack, and Freshservice, along with other asset management tools. A basic understanding of networking and experience with SSO solutions like OneLogin are beneficial. Proficiency in French and English is required.
