Transcend is seeking an IT Systems & Compliance Administrator to oversee the reliability, security, and usability of internal systems that support daily operations. This role involves managing compliance tasks, including handling security questionnaires and coordinating external audits, in collaboration with security, sales, and engineering teams. The position reports directly to the Director of Information Systems and operates remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities include administering core IT systems such as identity providers, single sign-on systems, Google Workspace, and device management platforms. The administrator will serve as the primary escalation point for IT requests and incidents, implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency, and manage user lifecycles across various platforms. Additionally, the role entails maintaining technical controls for audits like SOC II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA, as well as automating responses to security questionnaires from clients and prospects.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or compliance within a cloud-first environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with modern AI tools, automating IT and compliance processes, and familiarity with evaluating and managing SaaS tools at scale, including security reviews and SSO integration.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 USD annually, with adjustments based on factors such as experience, education, skillset, and geographic location.
