IT Support & Systems Engineer (Part Time)
Trust & Will is seeking a part-time IT Support & Systems Engineer to join our remote-first team. As a leading digital estate planning platform founded in 2017, we have assisted over one million users in creating attorney-approved, legally valid documents tailored to individual state requirements. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, providing tier-1 and tier-2 support. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing IT requests through our AI-powered ITSM platform, Risotto, overseeing device management for macOS and Windows using Kandji and Intune, and implementing zero-touch deployment strategies. Additionally, you will maintain and optimize automated onboarding and offboarding workflows, administer our Okta environment, and manage the SaaS application lifecycle.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, and a passion for integrating AI tools into everyday IT workflows. Experience with endpoint deployment and management, identity and access management, and SaaS management is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required to effectively work across teams in a remote environment.
This part-time, hourly position averages 25 hours per week, with core availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours (Monday to Friday, 1–6 PM PT). Occasional flexibility in hours may be required based on business needs, such as covering during team absences.
