Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.About the roleThe Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualisation and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. Framestore awaits you!This role is predominantly on-site (4-5 days)What you’ll do:The IT Support Analyst is part of the Systems Support team. They are the first responders to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore North American divisions.First line of support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service deskWorkstation configuration support (hardware and software)Monitors a variety of physical and logical systemsDiagnose and replace hardware componentsResponsible for managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioningInteracting with artists on a daily basisProduce and update documentation using ConfluenceYou will partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
